Travel Insurance

We recommend and offer a travel insurance package to all our travelers. It covers accidents and illnesses during your trip, damaged or lost luggage, voluntary medical insurance for your time abroad, trip cancellation, and assistance for your return home in case of an accident or illness.

According to the insurer’s terms, the insurance contract must be concluded before your trip begins, at the latest by the day before your departure. Trip cancellation insurance is arranged when you sign your travel contract or purchase a non-refundable airline ticket. Exceptionally, trip cancellation insurance can be arranged within 48 hours of signing the travel contract or purchasing an airline ticket, provided the trip does not start within the next 14 days. If trip cancellation insurance is arranged more than 48 hours after signing the travel contract or purchasing an airline ticket, the insurer is not obligated to pay compensation. Note: If you arrange the insurance contract independently, the terms and deadlines for concluding the insurance contract may vary among insurance companies.

You can arrange a travel insurance package or individual insurance policies through the FESHTA EVENTS d.o.o. travel agency or directly with any insurance company. Regardless of the option chosen, the terms and conditions of the travel insurance package and/or individual insurance policies are always directly agreed upon between you and the insurance company. The FESHTA EVENTS d.o.o. travel agency acts solely as an intermediary in obtaining travel insurance.
