Notice on complaint submission procedure

In accordance with Art. 6. para. 3. of the Tourism Services Act (NN 130/17, 25/19, 98/19, 42/20, 70/21; hereinafter: the Act), FESHTA EVENTS d.o.o., travel agency, Hegedušićeva 14, 10000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, VAT ID: 19418237965 (hereinafter: the Agency) hereby notifies every user of the Agency’s services about the possibility of submitting a written complaint regarding the services provided, in the manner and under the conditions prescribed in the General Terms and Conditions of the agency (Chapter 17. – Complaints of the Contracting Party/Traveler).
